Initiate Your Return
Sign in to your Google Store account, navigate to your order history, and select 'Return' next to the item you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Print the provided prepaid shipping label and place your item in its original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.
Ship the Item
Attach the return label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location specified on your label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
